Terms and Conditions Clause 1- Réservation The rental of the apartment becomes effective after the payment of a non- refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay. The balance will be paid 30 days prior to arrival. If these conditions are not fulfilled, the rental is cancelled. Clause 2- Tariffs The rental price includes the availability of the apartment which is totally equipped, all the maintenance costs, the linen and the VAT at 5,5%. The price does not include the visitor tax per day and per person : 1 euro. Clause 3- Availability and Inventory You will take possession of the premises on the dates and times indicated in your contract, after payment on arrival of a guarantee deposit. A total cleaning is done before your arrival and at your departure the apartment must be cleaned. If this last condition is not fulfilled, a final cleaning will be charged for 50 euros. All sub-letting is prohibited. On your departure the guarantee deposit will be returned to you after checking the inventory in your presence and possibly deducting the cost of missing items or cleaning charges. If the apartment-key has been lost, a fixed charge will be retained. Clause 4- Insurance ODEC 7 Florian is not reponsable for theft or loss of items in the apartments. Clause 5 - Contestation ODEC 7 Florian and the tenant will try to settle their various differences on a friendly basis.
